FAIR......DEFINITION BY AMBANK

Guys love a beautiful fair lady,
Consumer love to buy from a market that sell thing with fair prices,
Housewives love a husband that being fair between working time and family time,
A country would be in peace should the judge always give a fair verdict,
A teacher loved by their students for being fair to everyone and not being selective,
A politician loved by the people for being fair to everyone,
A welfare department must be fair in distributing to the needy,
A poligamist should be fair to each of his wife, and they would be loved for being fair,
BUT....

In Ambank

The workers are not being loved by the management,
There's no bonus for them,
There's no increment for them,
There's no adjustment for them,
There's no promotion for them,
There's no place for them,

JUST BECAUSE....

Their KPI are fair........


Ambank maaaa

Forget about KPI for its only benefitted the middle to top management level whereas the lower rank can only dream about getting what they deserve until and unless all this bulshit disappeared from the place.

The lower rank personnel have no where to goes except thru this channel since every level of the management has been taken care of via the fat bonuses just to shut those small flys from making any noises that might effect them.

This is rubbish for we are the one who works like a machine in a car, if you don't take care of it, it will one day blew it stem off. In the end will effect the morality of the businesses they are running.

As you can see and realise, if you have a second class workers who is also working partime to earn extra income to support their families, who are tired, will they be able to perform to your required standard once they back to the office in the next morning ? A big no no...

Would you be able to promote any products that you have to made it a success...Again a big no no . Don't you ever dreamt it.. To them it's worthless putting all it's effort and in the end..only the selected management enjoy it. What about us the lower rank who work hard to promote them ? High hope. Is this how things been done at Ambank ? What a sad story and to top it all,.it is owned and managed by our very own Malaysian Malay who supposedly knows the boundaries of respect and tolerance between the elder and the younger generation, who knows how respect be earned Not bought, who knows how to return them equally amongst their colleagues and who knows how to see their children enjoy working with you.

AS SUCH, PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT. IT IS STILL NOT TOO LATE TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM AS WE LOVE YOU TAN SRI BUT NOT THOSE WHO ARE BELOW YOU AS THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF US. PLSE TAN SRI, TAKE CARE OF US FOR WE WILL DEFINITELY WILL RETURN THE FAVOR ONCE IT IS DUE.

Kudos to Master Jebat for ur bravery, time and effort to highlight the maladies happening right here& now in Ambank.
However, reading your blog is like hitching a rollercoaster ride in Genting, nice view but lack substance.
All we are getting now is lotta innuendos, we are waiting for more "panas" story i.e sex scandal in Ambank HO and branches.
The irony is that all these scandals are committed by senior mgmt team whose astronomical salary dwarfed our salary like 100 times, yet come bonus time, these buggers will be paid handsomely while the rest of us crammed ourselves in Keramat flats bought using our chicken feed bonuses.
Are they performing lot?
Nope...

Let's look at the management of Ambank. Are they looking after the staff or their own pocket? Senior management especially from Retail Banking, year after year moved into new big houses, changing cars like nobody' s business and worst ofall, changing girlfriends. If we like to see changes, we need to change the so called 'masters' who love to see heads rolled but not among their cronies.

In Ambank, specially retail banking, changes took place right in the middle, not top bottom. People who are running the department stay put. Why? These are the cronies safeguarding the 'master' interest.

Look at the overseas trip incentives. Every year, the group of same people selected for these trips sponsored by AmAssurance. These trips are normally dominated by Hire Purchase Business senior management people. Same faces together with the same AmAssurance personnel accompanying then throughout the trips to make sure the needs of the 'master' is taken care of.

Do you know that the 'master' and his cronies playing golf at Jakarta almost every week? Don't ask whether expenses are from their own pocket or not. Lu pikir la sendiri. Title of governor for Jakarta should be given to these Hire Purchase People as they know the place so well.

This 'master' always have suspicious mind towards people he does not like or favour. If he hears these people going for vacation, he will pass remarks that the vacation is sponsored by car dealers without even checking the facts. Kalau Cina pakai kereta besar, mak bapak kaya, tapi kalau melayu pakai kereta besar, mesti duit rasuah.

He himself has lots of cars. Hmmm . . . where did he get the money to buy all these cars? I wonder.

Toyota Lucida, I will reveal about his Toyota Lucida soon. Pasti panas punya.

Melayu punya welfare at Ambank had been neglected. Non-Melayu are well taken care of. But certain Melayu, his cronies of course, are showered with all the perks and benefits.

He had even put some melayu's career to an abrupt end for reasons only known to him. Some senior staff wo had worked so hard are now neither here nor there. They had been put in cold storage and their mouth had been shut for good.

I read one of the annoymous said...only the non melayu in Ambank is taking care... I think you should check your facts first.

I have heard not one but many- many staff including the non melayu are not satisfied with what Ambank is doing. I can say most ambank staff, the melayu and non melayu are not happy with what is going on now. Compare with other banks, Ambank is the worst when come to staff benefits, increment and bonuses. I am formerly from another bank, and when I first step into Ambank, I almost can't believe what rubbish Ambank is offering to the staff.

Here the Ambank culture is if you are close to your boss, knows how to suck her or his ass, even though you are a bloddy useless worker, you are sure on the right track. The chances of you getting good increment, bonuses and even promotion is very high. I have many in my dept. Trust me..

Whatever said and done, Ambank will be he losing end if the bank doesn't do anything and continue to pretend as if everything is all right. Ambank maaa..ten tre ten ten ten ten ten...

Staff esp clerical and non clerical should together fight 4 their right to participate in nube rather than management set up keppa!

We r been told that there would be salary adjustment for our sales team in our dept since last year, but till now the fucking promise is not being fulfilled yet!

As this blog is very much to express our feeling towards ambank, I hope all of us can play part to tell ambankers to surf this blog.

My compliments to you all...Master Jebat,Jimi the Hut!!!Let it rip...all but senior management team have been and still ripping the bank apart!!The Retail Banking are closely knit (YAKUZA) well shield by your so call glamorous MD...snd Tan Sri burning all your bonusses to fireworks displays...Collection unit becoming a money spinner to its 'bosses'....monthly payroll from a particular lawyer,collection of toll from storeyards operators,rampant issuance of repossession order etc..etc..and this is the best kept secret of retail banking!!!!ha...ha...wake up all union members

Semua bincang tajuk keppa/NUBE, bagaimana dengan EXEC. Siapa nak fight untuk mereka. Mana ada satu Bank dimana dalam branch, BM/HOS kena buat marketing, processing, chief cashier, collection sekali dengan kerja-kerja operation dalam sehari. Tenatlah...Tidak ada apa benefit bagai benefit dibagi oleh keppa. Dental ada, kos cermin mata bagi, duit jaga anak bagi sekali dengan bersalin pun bagi duit. EXEC dapat apa??? Setengah gaji clerical lebih tinggi daripada officer, siapa yang tahu?? HR?? Apa yg telah mereka sampaikan kepada management?? Siapa kasihan untuk branch, profitablity maa...Kalau tidak tiada bonus, incentive maa...Bagi branch besar, bawahan kerja sampai nak mati, tetapi datangnya oversea trip, siapa yang pergi???Setiap tahun, orang yang sama sahaja...Orang lain yang bersungguh-sungguh tapi orang lain pula yang bersuka-suka. BM paling pandai ialah: Kalau tak jual produt, bila appraisal U know how lah??? Increment kurang, bonus kurang kemungkinan tidak ada kalau malangnya.Akhir sekali, saya nak sampaikan ialah bukannya hanya non-exec, tetapi exec sekali pun especially staff di cawangan, management tolong menimbangkan kepentingan semua. Tiada staff di cawangan, tidak akan ada staff di HQ, tak mungkin adanya AmBank lah...

kpi for top management to enjoy the oversea trips and also special incentive give to them. do you think that is the hard work of them No no No is the hard work of the branch staff. but the lower rank only watching them to enjoy all the benefit and yet with low increament compare to them do u think is fair to each and every lower rank staff

kudos to hang jebat n Jimi the hut...many staff who doesnt suck up to the boss are not appreciated,no increment,no bonus....but they're the ones who kept the office in tact and auditor proof....the suckers actually has minimal capabilities in running the office.....other than sweet faces and ability to look pathetic that draws kesian frm management.
